In 2007, we implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality, Environment and Safety.
Integrated Management System
Within the scope of this System, the three areas involved are constantly monitored and evaluated, in order to ensure compliance with the demanding criteria that allowed the respective certifications to be obtained. The ultimate goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, without neglecting responsibilities towards the environment and the health and safety of employees and all those who interact with the telecommunications solutions we offer.
The QES Policy is based on the following principles:
SETRONIX’s Management regards Quality, Environment and Safety as an integrated management system, enabling SETRONIX to renew, improve and expand itself, in both national and international markets, in the design, installation and maintenance of telecommunications and transmission infrastructures, in a sustainable manner.
Satisfy and Build Customer Loyalty
- Meet requirements and build customer loyalty, aiming to exceed their expectations;
- Deliver quality and excellent work, within the agreed deadlines;
- Get it right the first time, continuously improving the quality of the products and services provided.
Comply with, Prevent and Manage Risk
- Plan and manage risk across the company’s business areas;
- Comply with and enforce current legislation, the client’s specific requirements, as well as other requirements voluntarily adhered to;
- Eliminate hazards and reduce OHS risks;
- Prevent injuries and health damage;
- Prevent material and environmental damage;
- Provide healthy and safe working conditions for the prevention of workplace accidents and occupational diseases;
- Minimize environmental impacts and promote the rational use of natural resources and pollution prevention.
Continuous Improvement
- Provide the resources necessary for the development of the various activities;
- Ensure the Continuous Improvement of the Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety Management System, as a tool for greater efficiency, greater effectiveness and for broadening the skills base of SETRONIX’s structure;
- Define objectives that allow the company’s results and performance to be evaluated.
Involvement and Participation
Develop internal and external communication with all interested parties.
Involve employees and promote consultation and their participation in SETRONIX’s day-to-day activities;
Promote the professional development, satisfaction and motivation of employees, ensuring that their skills are suited to the roles they perform;
